The Research Strategy (2020 – 2025) consists of a Rule of Law Survey, a Political Economy Analysis (PEA) and a Rule of Law Monitor. The survey reports expert opinions on rule of law issues and investigates people’s experiences of formal and informal justice processes. The PEA looks at factors underlying governance patterns and trends. The monitor documents a range of human rights issues, to be updated every two years.
